RETURN POLICY

Terms and conditions: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours by written notice to us from the time they placed the order. No cancellation request to be accepted after 24 hours of the sales transaction. A 30% restocking fee and shipping charges will be assessed to any order being cancelled or returned. All returned items must be in new and original condition in which was received. Merchandise returned in damaged condition will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery and return of merchandise, including the cost of "free delivery" . When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund.
