“STRETCH”
①Calf (lower) charging air
②Calf (lower) + Calf (upper) + Thigh charging air
③STRETCH (Foot rest goes forward, 41mm)
④Keep in the position for about 2.0 seconds
⑤discharge air,
⑥Foot rest backs in the place (shorten)

“DOUBLE STRETCH”
①Calf (lower) charging air
②Calf (lower) + Calf (upper) + Thigh charging air
③STRETCH(Foot rest goes forward ,28mm)
④Keep in the position for 2.0 seconds
⑤FOOT STRETCH (Foot rest goes down)
⑥Keep in the position for 1.0 seconds
⑦Foot rest goes up and discharge air
⑧Foot rest backs in the first place (shorten)


WAIST/BOTTOM MASSAGE
Concentrate on massage for waist and bottom without massage for any other parts
※All air massages stop except for bottom
